Sculptor Ian Greensitt creates stunning limited edition Bronze sculptures of game birds and game fish, much sought after worldwide.
Using the lost wax method of bronzing, no two bronzes are exactly the same, with each piece having its own unique patina colouration.
Ian Greensitt was first commissioned at the age of nine to produce a brown trout for his headmaster. He went on to study abstract sculpture at Northumbria University and in 2001 was commissioned by the CLA to produce the bronze salmon for the ‘Arthur Oglesby’ annual award.
Ian Greensitt creates his sculptures from his Northumberland studio, close to the Northumbrian moorlands and rivers, where he is able to observe and study his subjects in their natural environment.
Ian Greensitt's wildlife sketches and pencil drawings provide an interesting and attractive addition to his portfolio.
